Join us for the Strides for Strength 5k, an inspiring event hosted by Seize the Day with Hudson, NFP! This 5K race is more than just a run: it’s a heartfelt celebration of community, strength, and purpose. Together, we’ll take strides to raise awareness, promote education, and empower those in the rare disease community. Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual jogger, or a passionate walker, this event is for everyone. With every move, you’re helping to spark understanding, honor caregivers, and promote inclusion for individuals and families affected by rare conditions. Check-In & Race Day Registration

Time: Open from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM at Homecoming Park Pavilion

Starting Line

Location: West (Homecoming) Park

Entry Fee

Early Bird: January 27th to March 27th: $25 (includes a t-shirt)
Standard Registration: $30 (includes a t-shirt up until June 13th)
Note: To be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must register by June 13th!

Event Guidelines

Restrictions: Pets and bicycles are not allowed during the event.
Cancellation Policy: If the race is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we deeply appreciate your kindness for your donation!
Parking: Main Street Parking & Saint Patrick's Catholic Church Parking Lot

Awards Ceremony To Follow

Trophies: Will be awarded to the Top Male and Female Race Finishers AND Top Male and Female Sheffield Resident Finishers
Medals: Will be awarded to 1st and 2nd Place Finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71+
