Join the Falls Road Running Store Ladies Night Track training group Wednesday evenings this spring and summer!

🗓️ Schedule

• When: Wednesday's, workout start at 6:30 PM from April 16 - June 25, 2025
• Where: Loyola/Hopkins Track, 1101 E. 33rd St., Baltimore, MD 21218

👩‍🏫 Who Can Join

• Open to: Ladies who want to learn, have fun, work hard, and train together! You!
• Coaches: Coached by women coaches, certified through USATF and USTFCCCA, that have experience locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Inclusive: All runners welcome, if you consider yourself a walker that has some speed, this is also for you!
• Support: We meet you where you are at and will challenge you in a fun way to grow and improve your speed and athletic confidence.

🏋️ Training Format

• What: Each session will include a group warmup, drill instruction, track workout, with mobility and strength add-ons.
• Registration: Once you register you’ll receive an additional link to complete a background form for training setup.
