- In Memory: The theme of the race this year is in memory of Joe Buedel, a long-time resident of Colfax.
- Legacy: Joe was an Elder at Colfax Christian Church and served as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT.
- Acknowledgment: The race aims to raise awareness for ALS and support the Buedel family.
- Honor: This race honors Joe's life and his dedicated service to the community.
💰 Proceeds and Donations
- Beneficiary: All race proceeds will benefit the Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department and the Buedel Family.
- Course: The course is mostly flat and includes a portion of the Big 4 Trail.
- Registration: Runners can register on race day at the Perry Twp Vol Fire Dept.
- Finish Line: The finish line is located at Colfax Christian Church, 314 S. Clark St.

- Free Meal: Race participants can enjoy a free breakfast at Colfax Christian Church following the race.
