Race Details

• Course: The mile course is point-to-point: the start is one mile from the finish.
• Registration: The check-in area & registration table is near the finish line.
• Restrooms: Available in the parking lot at Mt. Nebo, one mile from the Spring Street Mile start.
• Participation: All are welcome to this exciting and fast challenge!

Important Notes

• Registration: Please register in advance: race-day registration will be paperless.
• Payment: No cash accepted on race day.
• COVID-19 Guidelines: We will abide by all Town of Manchester and USATF guidelines.
• Watch the Mile: The 5K takes place after the Spring Street Mile - come early to watch some of CT’s fastest milers.

Prizes / Awards

• Awards: Prizes will be given to the top 3 male, female, and non-binary runners overall.
• Divisions: Awards for the top 3 in divisions including Under 18, 18-29, and more.
• Awards Distribution: Walk through awards distribution available: results will be announced.
• Ceremony: Formal awards presentation for the top three male, female, and non-binary runners.

Timing

• Provider: Timing is brought to you by Last Mile Racing Co.
• Timing System: Timed using the B-Tag timing system.
• Bib Placement: You must wear your bib on the front of your body for accuracy.

Results

• Availability: Results will be posted on this page.
• Additional Posting: Also available on www.tlmracing.com.

Parking

• Main Parking: Available in the Globe Hollow parking lot.
• Overflow Parking: Available at Mt. Nebo Parking lot.
• Exit Direction: You will only be able to exit west until 10:15 AM.

Restrooms

• Location: Restrooms will be available at Mt. Nebo.

Personal Property

• No Bag Check: Items left at the start line will not be transported to the finish line.
• Responsibility: Manchester Running Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
