Event: The Spring Street Mile and 5K is a road race in Manchester, CT featuring separate races for men and women.
Course: The mile course is point-to-point: the start is one mile from the finish. The 5K course starts and finishes in front of the Globe Hollow parking lot.
Check-in: The check-in area & registration table is near the finish line, so please plan accordingly.
Restrooms: Located in the parking lot at Mt. Nebo, one mile from the Spring Street Mile start.
📋 Notes
Registration: This year's race is no frills - no giveaways, but a lower registration cost. Please register in advance.
Race-day: Registration will be paperless: no cash accepted on race day.
Guidelines: We will abide by all Town of Manchester and USATF guidelines regarding COVID-19.
Spectate: The 5K takes place after the Spring Street Mile - come early to watch some of CT's fastest milers.
🏅 Prizes / Awards
Awards: Prizes will be given to the top 3 male, female, and non-binary runners overall.
Divisions: Awards for the top 3 in each age division: Under 18, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
Distribution: "Walk through" awards will be available: formal awards presentation for top runners.
Timing: Brought to you by Last Mile Racing Co. Ensure bib is worn on the front to guarantee accuracy.
⏱️ Results
Availability: Results will be posted on this page as well as www.tlmracing.com.
🚗 Parking
Location: Parking is available in the Globe Hollow parking lot with overflow parking at Mt. Nebo Parking lot.
Exit: You will only be able to exit the parking lot heading West until 10:15 AM: after that, the road will be open for both directions.
🚻 Restrooms
Facilities: Restrooms will be available at Mt. Nebo.
🧳 Personal Property
No Bag Check: Items left at the start line will not be transported to the finish line.
Responsibility: Manchester Running Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items: please do not leave bags unattended.
