The 9th Annual Outrun Addiction 5K will take place on Saturday, September 19th, 2026

Please join us for this 5K Run/Walk and 2 Mile Walk. Unable to join us on that day? Choose the option of running virtually.

🅿️ Parking

There is plenty of parking on site at the Enfield Educational Annex, 124 North Maple St, Enfield, CT

🗓️ Race Day Schedule

• 7:30 AM: Registration/Packet Pick Up Opens
• 9:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk and 2 Mile Walk Start
• 10:00 AM: Post-Race Awards

Awards

• Overall: Top Male and Female 5K Finishers
• Top Three: 5K Finishers in age groups 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
• Virtual: Runners will be eligible for the Farthest (from Enfield, CT) Participant Award
• Team Awards: Largest Team, Fastest Team, Most Enthusiastic Team, Most Generous Team

🌐 Virtual Race

• Registration: Register as a Virtual Runner and run your own 5K at your convenience
• T-Shirt: Receive a race T-Shirt in the mail if registered by Midnight September 6th, 2026
• Results: Upload your own results between September 16th - 20th (instructions will be emailed)
• Eligibility: Virtual Results will appear in a separate category and are NOT eligible for Age Group Awards. Virtual Runners will be eligible for the "Farthest Participant" Award

📝 Registration

• $25: Pre-Registration (Until May 30th)
• $30: Until Race Day
• $35: Race Day Registration
• Guaranteed: T-Shirts if registered by Sept. 6th, 2026 (Must be present to receive)

Go to the Store to order additional Race T-Shirts ($15) or Outrun Addiction Hoodies ($40). Deadline to order merchandise is September 6th, 2026

The 5K Course is USATF Certified. (Certification Code: CT23020JHP)

💰 Race Proceeds

will benefit local addiction awareness groups: Today I Matter, The Alex Fisher Foundation, and TriCircle.
