🏃‍♂️ Registration Details

• Date: June 26, 2026
• Opening: Registration opens April 1st, 2026!

🎉 Event Overview

• Celebration: The Greenmont celebration weekend starts with the Gene's Run events at the historic Gene's Beer Garden.
• Beer Mile: Friday evening is Morgantown's beer mile. Run it individually or with a team of two or four.
• 5k Run: Saturday morning's 5k travels through the historic and beautiful neighborhoods of Greenmont and South Park.
• Post-Race: Events are followed by post-race celebrations at Gene's Beer Garden.

🎊 Community Involvement

• Support: Please consider supporting the Gene's Run and the neighborhood by volunteering.
• Beneficiary: Proceeds of the Gene's Run benefit Empty Bowls of Monongalia County.
• Family Fun: Continue the family celebrations at the Greenmont Neighborhood Block Party on Saturday evening.
