• Packet Pickup: Race Day ONLY.
• Race Day: June 14th.
• Race Start Time: 8 A.M.

👕 Important Dates

• T-Shirt Cutoff: Friday, May 30th.
• Packet Pickup Policy: You are welcome to pickup packets for friends and family, up to 5 packets at a time.
• Note: If you missed the T-shirt deadline, you will NOT receive a shirt during race day packet pickup. However, you may check back after the race to see if any leftover shirts are available.

🙌 Volunteer Information

• Aid Station: Provide water to participants and keep the course clean by picking up discarded cups, bottles, and trash.
• Course Monitor: Help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic and guiding participants.
• Encouragement: Feel free to bring pom poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to cheer on runners. Bonus for creative costumes!

❗ Refund/Cancellation Policy

All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy. In the event of extreme weather, the start time may be delayed, and if conditions worsen, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the Race Director.

If you are unable to participate in the event or it is canceled, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal and run the race on your own time on your own course. See our virtual race information for complete details.
