Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

Ready for a FLIPPIN' good time?!? Please join us on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC) for the Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. This race is hosted by Colonial Sports to benefit the Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy Competitive Team Parents Association. This non-profit organization supports the financial needs of VEGA team gymnasts to include tuitions, competition funds, and uniforms. All finishers (5K and 1 mile) will receive a finisher medal and finisher certificates will be given to the top two male and female finishers in each age group of the 5K run.

• Deadline: Pre-registration closes on August 15th!
• Race Day Registration: Limited registration will be available for an additional $10 fee per race, but swag bags will not be guaranteed.

📦 Packet Pickup Information

Friday, August 22nd from 4:00-7:30PM at WISC and Saturday morning starting at 7:30AM.
