Ready for a good time?!? Please join us on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC) for the Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. This race is hosted by Colonial Sports to benefit the Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy Competitive Team Parents Association. This non-profit organization supports the financial needs of VEGA team gymnasts, including tuition, competition funds, and uniforms. All finishers (5K and 1 mile) will receive a finisher medal, and finisher certificates will be given to the top two male and female finishers in each age group of the 5K run.

• Pre-Registration Deadline: August 14th at noon!
• Race Day Registration: Limited availability with an additional $10 fee per race.
• Swag Bags: Not guaranteed for race day registration.

• Date and Time: Friday, August 21st from 5:00-7:30PM at WISC.
• Saturday Pickup: Starts at 7:30AM.
