An evening of trail running skills workshops and a social hangout

🏃‍♂️ What to Expect

• Skills Workshops: Learn skills to enhance your trail running adventures including uphill, downhill, power-hike, sighting and yes how to take a tumble gracefully.
• Saucony Demos: Saucony will be joining us with demo product you can try out throughout the evening. Check out their line of 2025 trail running footwear.
• Gear Display: Fleet Feet will have other trail gear on display to check out throughout the evening including vests, handhelds, socks and endurance nutrition.
• Discount Voucher: All participants will receive a Saucony Trail Discount Voucher to be used at Fleet Feet Rochester on your next pair of Saucony trail shoes.

🍔 Social Hangout

Afterwards we'll hang out and enjoy a cookout and beverage.
