Join us Saturday, September 6, 2025, for a 5k to promote health and celebrate 90,000 nurses across Kentucky!

🌟 About the Event

• Purpose: The Kentucky Nurses Association 2025 5K Fun Run/Walk is a vibrant and purposeful event dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and community engagement.
• Community: This walk brings together individuals to support the Kentucky Nurses Association (KNA) and nurses across Kentucky who serve as leaders to promote positive healthcare in the Commonwealth.
• Networking: The walk provides a unique opportunity to network with fellow community members and raise awareness about the critical role nurses play in healthcare.
• Fundraising: Support the future of nursing through essential fundraising efforts. Together, we can make a difference for nurses and the communities they serve!

📍 Location

The Kentucky Nurses Association 2025 5K Fun Run Walk will take place at Freeman Lake Park on Blue Heron Way in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The 5k route provides a view of the beautiful lake. This 5k is for all fitness levels to walk or run—join nurses and others who support Kentucky nurses!

💵 Registration Details

• Early Bird Registration: The early bird registration is $35 until July 6, 2025, and $40 thereafter.
• T-shirt & Medal: A t-shirt and medal will be provided for all registered participants that register by August 23, 2025.
• Deadline: Registering beyond August 23, 2025 does not guarantee a t-shirt and medal.
• Children: Children 10 years of age and under may walk/run with a registered adult: however, only those registered will receive a t-shirt and medal.

🕗 Event Schedule

• Packet Pick Up: Race packet pick up and on-site registration begins at 8:00am EST on the day of the event.
• Race Start: The race starts at 9:30am EST.
• Arrival: Please arrive prior to 8:30am EST to pick up your packet and be ready for the race start at 9:30am.
