It's time for our Spooktacular 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
🕑 Event Schedule
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM
- Half Marathon Cut-off: 10:45AM, option to start early
- Early Start Requests: Please email abetterworldrunning@gmail.com
📍 Event Location
- Address: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803
- Check-In Table: Closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path
- GPS App: Use Google Maps or Waze, do not use Apple Maps
- Map: There is a photo of the map on the website www.abetterworldrunning.com
🚽 Parking and Facilities
Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking and use the restroom. Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.

- Results: Posted with names and times after the event
- Free Photos: Posted on our Facebook page after the event
- Course Facilities: Numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course
- Pacers and Crew: Welcome at any time
🏃♀️ Race Details
- 5k Route: Out and back route Link
- 10k Route: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k Route: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon Route: 3 x 4.36 mi loop Link
🐾 Participation Policies
- Dogs: Participants are not allowed to run with dogs
- Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed
- Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon
- Early Start Needs: Email abetterworldrunning@gmail.com for additional time
🏅 Finishers and Results
All finishers get a medal. All results will be posted after the event on our website usually the evening of the event on www.abetterworldrunning.com.

We emphasize a more relaxed, fun and personal racing experience!
