2025 GLOW Corporate Cup

🏃‍♂️ Welcome to the GLOW Corporate Cup

The GLOW Corporate Cup is a 5K team race to benefit the Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming (GLOW) YMCA.

• Goal: The event aims for local businesses to form racing teams of at least 3 employees that compete in a fun atmosphere, and crown a winner of the Corporate Cup.
• Participation: Participants are invited to either run or walk.
• AfterGLOW: Following the race is AfterGLOW, the region’s largest “office party.”
• Networking: We encourage companies to set up tents, bring food and refreshments, and prepare to have a good time with live music at this major networking function.

🗓️ SCHEDULE

• Set Up: 12:00–4:00 PM Set up of company tents
• Registration: There is no day-of registration for the 2025 event
• Race Start: 6:00 PM Race begins
• AfterGLOW: To follow immediately after the race

T-shirts will be guaranteed to all participants registered by Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 11:59 pm

👥 TEAMS

If you are going to be a “Team Captain” and/or simply “the person registering a team initially” please know that you will not automatically be included as a member of the team. After you register the team you will have to go back in and register yourself to be part of the team.

• Team Setup: When setting up the team you will be asked to name your team, designate a team captain, set up a password for team registration, and indicate who will pay the registration fees.
• Employer Responsibilities: If the employer is responsible for the registration fees, ensure you provide accurate information regarding how many participants will be covered and the percentage of the fee the employer will pay.
• Payment Notice: Please fill in the payment percentage, even if it will be 100%. The system defaults to 0%, which could lead to participants being asked for their credit card information.

By registering for this event you are acknowledging that the date, time, location, and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled at any time as deemed necessary by the Race Directors due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event that any of these scenarios happen or any other circumstances related to the organizers or participant, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals allowed unless otherwise stated.
