Join us on September 26, 2026, for the Pineway Ponds Park 5K Run/Walk organized by the Town of Ogden Parks and Recreation and the Kiwanis Club of Spencerport. For more details, visit this link.

Registration Fees

• Until May 1: $30, race shirt guaranteed
• May 1 - August 8: $35, race shirt guaranteed
• August 9 - September 19: $40, race shirt available as supply allows
• September 20-24 until 11:30am: $45. No race-day registration.

Race Location

Pineway Ponds Park, Spencerport NY. The course is certified by USATF #NY26002KL, primarily on roads, crossing two bridges, beginning and ending at Pineway Ponds Park.

Shirt Sizes

We are not able to guarantee shirt sizes or availability after August 9.

Refund Policy

No refunds, credits, transfers, or deferrals.

Beneficiary

A portion of this year’s proceeds will benefit Girls on the Run of Greater Rochester, a program that inspires participants to recognize their level of physical activity and stand up confidently for themselves and others.

Register prior to August 9 to guarantee a race shirt in your size!

Awards

No formal awards ceremony will be held. Winners in age categories will be announced and presented throughout the event. If you are not present when your award is ready, you will be contacted to pick up your prize.

• Overall Finishers: Male and Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd (Overall finishers are not eligible for age group awards)
• Age Group Divisions: Male and Female: 1st, 2nd (U15: 16-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70+)

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will take place at the Ogden Community Center, 269 Ogden Center Road, the week of the event. It is recommended to pick up your bib during designated times (to be announced in September).

Early bib pickup will be available on the following dates:

• Monday, September 21
• Tuesday, September 22
• Wednesday, September 23
• Thursday, September 24
• Friday, September 25

Please enter through the main lobby doors labeled POLICE/RECREATION/COURTS during business hours. After hours, use the south door labeled RECREATION.

Race-Day Packet Pickup

Race-day packet pickup begins at 7:45 am and ends by 8:15 am at Pineway Ponds Park.

Health & Safety Guidelines

The finish line will close at 9:40 am: all participants must finish within 70 minutes of the start due to safety and support services. Local and/or state health mandates may lead to additional precautions being implemented. By registering, you acknowledge that the race date, time, location, or distance may change or the event may be canceled if deemed necessary.

Kid's Fun Run

There will be no Kid's Fun Run this year.
