Awesome Autumn run in beautiful Potawatomi State Park, Door County, WI. Celebrating 37 years of Run Wild.

🌲 Race Details

• Date: October 10, 2026
• Location: Potawatomi State Park, Sturgeon Bay, WI
• Features: Take the challenge and run up tower hill in the featured 10K race. Both 5K and 10K are on tree-lined park roads closed to traffic.
• Entry Fee: Park entrance fee is waived on the day of the race until 11:00 a.m.

🏅 Awards & Timing

• Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each 10-year age division: must be picked up on race day.
• Timing: Gun start and chip timed finish.
• Packet Pick-up: Bay Shore Outfitters, 59 N. Madison Ave. on Friday, October 9th from 2-6 PM or day of starting at 7:30 a.m.
• T-shirt Guarantee: Long sleeve T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by September 19th.

📅 Registration Information

• Pre-registration Fees: Increase on September 20th, 2026.
• Online Registration: Closes at 9:00PM on October 7th, 2026.
• In-Person Registration: Available at packet pick-up or on the day of the run.
• Start Time: 5K and 10K races start promptly at 9:30 a.m.: Smokey Bear run at approximately 10:30.

🚧 Arrival & Safety

• Road Closures: Starting at 9:15 a.m.: arrive by 8:30 a.m. to ensure a timely start.
• Visibility: Please wear your bib in front and visible for timers and volunteers.
• Event Policy: This is a NO PET event for the safety of runners and volunteers.
