🏃♂️ Race Overview
Our Spring session of coached track workouts will start on Tues, May 20 with Coach Michael McCormick. These workouts will be customized for all levels of running and are free with an active annual membership. Each session begins with drills, followed by a custom interval group run workout on the track, and individual cool down. Runners are divided into pace specific groups and given guidance throughout. The workouts start at 6 PM, with individual warm up encouraged before at 5:30. There is an optional post run "debriefing" session after the workout at the Newburyport Brewery, which often features live music.

- High School Coaching: Newburyport High School Track Coach (1992-present), 2024 D4 State Champs, Cape Ann League Coach of the Year
- Marathon Experience: 42 Boston Marathons run, including 33 Consecutive
