13th Annual Out Side In 5K Turkey Trot

• Fundraising Purpose: Supports the Heroes for Horses program for Veterans suffering from PTSD.

Race Description

• Family Friendly: This 5K is designed for families and kids.
• Virtual Option: Participants can sign up for the virtual race if unable to join in person.

• Fun Activity: Grab your friends and family for a fun "trot" before the Thanksgiving feast!

Registration Details

• Early Bird Registration: Adult $35, Child $25, includes a free T-shirt.
• Pre-Registration: Same pricing as early bird, not guaranteed a T-shirt unless registered early.
• Day of Registration: Adult $45, Child $35, limited T-shirts available.
• Virtual Registration: $35, includes a T-shirt and horseshoe participation medal.

Event Details and Schedule

• In-Person Race: Begins at 8:00 AM, registration opens at 7:30 AM.
• Packet Pickup: Pre-registered participants must pick up packets the day before the race.
• Location: Packets available for pickup at 12511 152nd Avenue in Grand Haven.
• Course Information: Course starts and finishes at the YMCA parking area: dress appropriately for the weather.

Virtual Race Details

• Photo Submission: Share photos of you and your group on our Facebook page!
• Prizes: Awards for the participant who runs or rides the farthest, has the largest group, or the most unique route.
• Timing: Run anytime between registration and November 24: T-shirts, medals, and prizes mailed after the race.
• Encouragement: Not in town? Participate virtually!
