🛠️ VA S.A.V.E. Training
Time: 10:00 AM & 1:00 PM
Location: 934 Old Glasgow Road, Scottsville, KY 42164
Purpose: Learn the signs, ask the questions, and be prepared to support a veteran in crisis.
Description: VA S.A.V.E. Training is a free workshop that helps you recognize when a veteran may be in crisis. The acronym “S.A.V.E.” stands for the key steps in suicide prevention: Signs, Ask, Validate, Encourage & Expedite. This free, brief training empowers you with tools to intervene with care and compassion: This training could help you save a life.
📋 Pre-Race Registration
Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Purpose: Beat the crowd and pick up your race bib, t-shirt, and information ahead of race day!
🍝 Pasta Dinner
Time: Beginning at 6:00 PM
Donation: Suggested Donation: $5.00 – All proceeds support ongoing programming at Dugas Community Park.
Purpose: Come carb-load for a cause with great food and even better company.
Message: Together, we can run for awareness, walk in honor, roll for change—and rise for our veterans.
