• Eligibility: Awards will be given in the following age groups/categories:
• 5K and 1 Mile Walk: Top 3 Overall Male and Female
• 5K ONLY: 1st Place Male and Female in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
• 1 Mile Results: Results and awards for the 1 Mile course will be given to walkers only

👕 Shirt Registration

• Shirt Deadline: End of day on April 6th

• Impact: The Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Center at South Shore Health has more than 10,000 patient visits per year.

• Focus: Specializes in the prevention, detection, treatment, and rehabilitation of heart disease.
