Registration Information
- Fee Expiration: June 15 - $30, July 15 - $35, Aug. 15 - $40, Aug. 21 - $45
- T-Shirts: T-Shirt for all registrants. Discount available for No Shirt option of $5 up to Race Day.
- Size Availability: Youth Large and Adult Small to Adult 3X-Large.
- Registration Deadline: Register by 8/1 to be guaranteed a shirt size.
Virtual Race Option
- Participation: Unable to attend in person? Register for the virtual event.
- Timeframe: Virtual times can be posted at any time in August: registration closes August 21, 2026.
- Packet Pickup: Virtual registrants can pick up their runner packets at the Akron Art Museum on August 20.
- Shipping: Option to have shirts mailed for an additional $5.00: items will be shipped after the event.
Schedule
- Thursday, August 20, 2026: Packet Pick-up at Akron Art Museum, from 5:30-8:30 PM.
- Event Highlight: The Akron Art Museum is open until 9:00 PM with free admission every Thursday.
- Friday, August 21, 2026: Packet Pick-up from 5:00-6:15 PM.
- Race Start: 6:30 PM - 5K Run/Walk Start.
Awards
- Categories: Certificates and prizes for Top 3 Overall Male/Female/Non-binary.
- Age Groups: Prizes for Top 3 in each of fifteen (15) age groups, from 9-Under to 75-Up.
- Presence Required: All winners must be present to collect their prizes during the post-race event.
- Virtual Event: No certificates or awards for the virtual event!
