Caloosa Fest 5K

Event Overview

Join us for a great new event on December 6th, 2025! We are calling this Caloosa Fest because we will be hosting an Ultra Race (25K, 50K), day 5K. We will have vendors on site for product demos, support and entertainment. This is a great park and we want this day long event to have something for everyone.

Schedule of Events

• Shoe Demos: Fleet Feet, 7:00am-12:00pm
• 50K Trail Race: 7:30am start time, 7:30pm cutoff (Registration on Ultrasignup.com)
• 25K Trail Race: 8:00am start time
• 5K Trail Race: 8:30am start time

5K Race Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers for both the morning and nighttime 5K finishers. All participants will receive a finishers medal.

General Information

• Friday Night Packet Pickup: Friday December 5th, 2024, 4:30-6:30pm at Fleet Feet Fort Myers, 13499 S Cleveland Ave, Ste 209, Fort Myers, FL 33907
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Opens at 6:45am, packets must be picked up 15 minutes prior to start of your race.
• Race Location: Caloosahatchee Regional Park (Mountain Bike Park), 18251 N River Rd, Alva, FL US 33920 (The Park will open at 6:30am to participants)
• Parking: All parking will be inside the Mountain Bike Park, we will be there to guide you to the locations.

5K Participants

Race Day Schedule:

• Date: Saturday December 6th, 2025
• 5K Race Start: 8:30am
• 5K Route: View Route

25K and 50K Race Participants

Race Day Schedule:

• 25K: 8:00am start, 5:00pm cut off (Must be off course by 5:00pm)
• 50K: 7:30am start, 5:00pm cutoff (Must be off course by 5:00pm)
• Course: 25K is one full loop and one half loop: 50K is three full loops.
• Course Maps: 25K Full Loop, 25K Half Loop

25K and 50K Aid Stations

• Main Aid Station: Stocked with essentials: water, tailwind, fruit, snacks, sunscreen, etc.
• Mini Aid Station: Water, electrolyte tabs, and a limited amount of snacks and nutrition.
• Crewing Space: Dedicated space for people to set up canopy tents for crewing near the start and finish line.
• Hydration Requirement: All 25K and 50K participants must carry a hydration system.
