Caloosa Fest 5K

🏃‍♂️ Caloosa Fest 5K

Join us for a great new event on December 6th, 2025! We are calling this Caloosa Fest because we will be hosting an Ultra Race (25K, 50K), day 5K. We will have vendors on site for product demos, support and entertainment. This is a great park and we want this day long event to have something for everyone.

🗓️ Event Schedule

• Shoe demos: Fleet Feet, 7:00am-12:00pm
• 50K race: 7:30am start time, 7:30pm cutoff (Registration on Ultrasignup.com)
• 25K race: 8:00am start time
• 5K race: 8:30am start time

🏅 5K Race Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers for both the morning and nighttime 5K finishers. All participants will receive a finishers medal.

📋 Packet Pickup Information

• Friday Night Packet Pickup: Friday, December 5th, 2024, from 4:30-6:30pm at Fleet Feet Fort Myers, 13499 S Cleveland Ave, Ste 209, Fort Myers, FL 33907
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Opens at 6:45am, packets must be picked up 15 minutes prior to the start of your race.
• Race Location: Caloosahatchee Regional Park, 18251 N River Rd, Alva, FL US 33920
• Park Hours: The park will open at 6:30am to participants

🏞️ 25K and 50K Race Participants

• Race Date: Saturday, December 6th, 2024
• 25K Start: 8:00am, 5:00pm cut off (Must be off course by 5:00pm)
• 50K Start: 7:30am, 5:00pm cutoff (Must be off course by 5:00pm)
• Course Maps: 25K: Full Loop, Half Loop

💧 Aid Stations and Hydration

• Main Aid Station: Stocked with essentials: water, tailwind, fruit, snacks, sunscreen, etc. This will be a cupless race and we will provide all participants with a flexible/folding race day cup.
• Mini Aid Station: Water, electrolyte tabs and a very limited amount of snacks and nutrition.
• Canopy Tent Space: A dedicated space will be available for participants to set up canopy tents for crewing near the start and finish line. Vehicles will be parked away from these areas.
• Hydration Requirement: All 25K and 50K participants must carry a hydration system of some kind.

🚗 Parking Information

All parking will be inside the Mountain Bike Park, and we will guide you to the locations. The parking is on grass near the trails. If you plan to have a tent or canopy on site to crew out of, there will be a dedicated space for this near the start line.
