Caloosa Fest 5K

🎉 Caloosa Fest 5K Overview

Join us for a great new event on December 6th, 2025! We are calling this Caloosa Fest because we will be hosting an Ultra Race (25K, 50K), day 5K. We will have vendors on site for product demos, support and entertainment. This is a great park and we want this day long event to have something for everyone.

🗓️ Schedule of Events

• Shoe Demos: Fleet Feet, 7:00am-12:00pm
• 50K Trail Race: 7:30am start time, 7:30pm cutoff (Registration on Ultrasignup.com)
• 25K Trail Race: 8:00am start time
• 5K Trail Race: 8:30am start time

🏅 5K Race Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers for both the morning and nighttime 5K finishers. All participants will receive a finishers medal.

The Park will open at 6:30am to participants.

🎟️ Packet Pickup Information

• Friday Night Packet Pickup: December 5th, 2024, from 4:30-6:30pm at Fleet Feet Fort Myers, 13499 S Cleveland Ave, Ste 209, Fort Myers, FL 33907.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Opens at 6:45am, packets must be picked up 15 minutes prior to the start of your race.

🏃‍♂️ 5K Participants

Race Day Schedule:

• 5K Race Start: 8:30am
• 5K Route: View Route

🏔️ 25K and 50K Race Participants

Race Day Schedule:

• 25K Start: 8:00am, 5:00pm cutoff (Must be off course by 5:00pm)
• 50K Start: 7:30am, 5:00pm cutoff (Must be off course by 5:00pm)
• 25K Course: One full loop and one half loop.
• 50K Course: Three full loops.

🚰 Aid Stations

Main aid station will be stocked with the essentials: (water, tailwind, fruit, snacks, sunscreen, etc). This will be a cupless race and we will provide all participants with a flexible/folding race day cup. Mini aid station will have water, electrolyte tabs, and a very limited amount of snacks and nutrition. We will have a dedicated space for people to set up canopy tents for crewing out of near the start and finish line. Vehicles will be parked away from the start and finish line. All 25K and 50K participants must carry a hydration system of some kind.

🚗 Parking Information

All parking will be inside the Mountain Bike Park, we will be there to guide you to the locations. The parking is on grass near the trails. If you plan to have a tent or canopy on site to crew out of, there will be a dedicated space for this near the start line.
