Join us to benefit the Cape Coral Animal Shelter. Together, we will raise vital funds to help the homeless and neglected animals in our care and find them future loving and forever homes.

Event Details
- Activities: Mutt Strutt around the Shelter property and a 5K Route around the neighborhood.
- Inclusions: Fabulous Event shirt and swag bag for registered participants!
- Types: Both a Mutt Strutt and a 5K timed run.
- Fundraising: Create your pack and gather your sponsors to raise donations for CCAS!
Awards
- Medals: Award Placement Medals by age group and M/F category for Human Runners.
- Prizes: Specialty prize baskets for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place for 5K Dog Runner Teams!
Registration
- How to Join: Register for one or both events: Walk, Wiggle & Wag Mutt Strutt and the Annual 5K Rescue Run.
- Impact: Your participation will help make an incredible difference for hundreds of animals in our community and beyond!
Event Information
- Pet Friendly: Dogs are welcome!
- Leash Policy: Standard leashes only - no retractable leashes.
- Collars: Pronged/choke chain collars will not be permitted at this event.
- Clean-Up: Please be prepared to clean up after your pet.

- Awards Categories: No duplicate awards.
- Overall Winners: Overall Male/Female based on gun time.
- Chip Time Categories: Masters (40-49), Grandmasters (50-59), Senior Grandmasters (60+).
- Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, 3rd for various age groups.
Furry Friend Team Runners
- Awards: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Award Medal and Pet Basket.
- Honorable Mention: 4th, 5th & 6th Place.
