Cardio Kidz Fall Running Series - Fort Myers

Our Winter and Spring series were a great success spreading the mission to over 150 inspiring runners. We are so excited for the community to come together and do all again this Fall!

Race Details

• Date: 2026-11-29
• Location: Three Oaks Park, Fort Myers, FL
• Ages: 2-14 of ALL ABILITIES
• Events: 50 & 100-yard dashes, 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile, and 1-mile run

Running Challenge

Kids can register to run UP in distance for a greater challenge. An Alternate 1/4-mile race is available for 2nd-8th graders who are looking for a shorter distance.

Program Goals

• Social-Emotional Skills: The program aims to build social-emotional skills.
• Encouragement: We will focus on word of affirmation in age-appropriate discussions before each race.
• Progress Tracking: Weekly progress reports will be provided to promote goal setting and increase self-confidence.
• Self-Improvement: Emphasis on self-improvement vs. heavy competition with others.

Pricing

Pricing: $35 registration fee includes:

• Three Races: Three (3) Weeks of Races
• Race Bibs: Three (3) Race Bibs
• Swag: Cardio Kidz Swag
• Medals: Finisher Medal

Sibling Discount: $5 off for each additional sibling.

Non-Refundable: Registration is non-refundable.
