Race Description / Theme

• Description: Get ready to lace up and embrace the sweetest tradition in Cape Coral! The Dunkin’ Donut 5K Dash is bigger than ever.
• Collaboration: This year, we’ve officially teamed up with Dunkin’ to bring you a high-energy morning of fitness, fun, and the timeless bond between law enforcement and donuts.
• Community Focus: A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Cape Coral PAL youth programs, strengthening the bond between law enforcement and our community.
• Participation: Whether you’re sprinting for a PR or strolling with the family, you’ll run alongside Cape Coral’s finest and enjoy a course packed with spirit.

Race Events

• 5K Run: Chip-Timed with exclusive sips at the finish line.
• 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk: Four donuts total — one before each lap.
• Completion: Total of 1 mile and 4 donuts: must be consumed in the designated Dunkin zone.
• Guidelines: Any participant who becomes sick must move safely off the course. This will be a chip-timed race with awards.

Medals & Swag

• Finisher Medal: For all participants.
• Custom Event T-shirt: Receive your exclusive event shirt.
• Dunkin’ Deal: Exclusive daily Dunkin’ deal for every registered runner at select locations.

Timing & Award Categories

• Chip Timing: The 5K will be chip timed.
• Overall Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & Female (Gun Time).
• Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male & Female in age groups: 0–9, 10–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+ (Net Chip Time).

Packet Pickup & Offer

• Date & Time: Friday, March 27 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Location: Dunkin’ Pine Island, 1662 NE Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, FL 33909 (plus, surprise Dunkin’ offer included).
• Saturday Pickup: March 28 | 7:00 AM – 7:50 AM at Rotary Park.
• Location: Rotary Park, 5505 Rose Garden Road, Cape Coral, FL 33914.

• Starting Point: Both the 5K and 1-Mile routes begin and end at Rotary Park.
