2027 Pine Island Calusa Trail 5K Run and Walk

Event Details
- Family Friendly: This is a family and pet friendly walk/run.
- Trail Experience: Partnering with Gator in the Rough for a more traditional trail run. Expect bumps, ruts, and inclines!
- Medals: Participant medals will be provided, with more details coming soon!
- Shirts: Race tech shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by January 1, 2027.
Event Logistics
- Proceeds: Event proceeds will benefit the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island and children's programs at the Calusa Heritage Trail.
- Parking: Race parking and staging will be at Gator in the Rough.
- Packet Pick Up: Thursday, January 28 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Century 21 on Pine Island.
- Race Day Registration: Available via participant’s cellular device only, signal strength may vary.
Awards and Refreshments
- Post-Race Refreshments: Available for all participants.
- Awards Ceremony: Post race awards begin at approximately 9:15 AM.
- Refund Policy: All registration fees considered a donation if canceled due to weather.

Join us for weekly meetings on Wednesday mornings at 7:30 AM at the Fishers of Men Lutheran Church, 10360 Stringfellow Rd, Saint James City.
