Race Description

• Unique Experience: Join us in Burnet, TX for a totally unique night-time race at the Spider Mountain Bike Park!
• Skills Development: Hone your climbing & descending trail running skills while wrapping your mind around running all night long!
• Preparation: This race is a perfect way to get ready for Summer events like Capt’n Karl's Night Time Trail Series.
• Swag: Every racer will get some cool swag including a shirt if registered by April 9th.

Start Options

• Mass Start: There will be a mass start per distance: pay attention to the schedule.
• Casual Entry: The start line will remain open longer for those wanting a casual entry onto the course.
• Awards: Those who do not participate in the mass start will not be eligible for overall awards.

Timing and Scoring

• Gun Time: This is the official time from the mass start until you finish: it determines rankings and awards.
• Chip Time: This is the time you actually cross the start line until you finish: it is not used for rankings.
• Results: Both times will be available on the results page for each runner.

Race Schedule

• Packet Pickup: Saturday, 5:30 PM - 8:15 PM
• Pre-Race Briefing: Saturday, 6:30 PM
• Gun Start Times:
  • 6hr, 9hr, 12hr, Relay: 7:00 PM
  • 4mi, 4mi Ruck, 8mi, 12mi, 12mi Ruck: 7:30 PM

Youth Mile

• Start Time: The Youth Mile will be starting at 6:30 PM.
• Chairlift Ride: Participants will ride the chairlift at 6:45 PM with a parent, up to the top of Spider Mountain.
• Safety: Volunteers will guide children along the course to ensure a safe environment.
