Trailway Trail Race

The race will take place at 14222 Park Road 57, Somerville, TX.

Course Overview

• Unique Setting: The Lake Somerville State Park is actually two parks linked up.
• The Trailway: A gorgeous path full of natural habitats and wildlife.
• Birch Creek Unit: This year, we will run the entire race in this unit.
• Future Plans: A washed out bridge is expected to be rebuilt for access to the Nails Creek Unit.

Experience

• Trails: The rest of the park’s trails flow through canopied, rolling terrain next to the lake.
• Start/Finish: The start/finish is at a beautiful spot on the edge of the lake.
• Post-Race Area: Enjoy a huge grass lawn to relax and play on after the race.

Race Swag

• Cool Swag: Every racer will receive some cool swag.
• Shirt Deadline: September 15 is the deadline to get a shirt.

Registration Details

• Park Access Fee: A $10 fee is collected for one day of access to the park.
• Extended Stay: Runners staying for more than one day will pay additional amounts upon entering the park.
