Get ready to lace up, light up, and trot into the holidays with us at the Active Texan Tinsel Trot—a festive evening 5K, 10K, and 1-mile family fun run at beautiful Lake Walk in Bryan-College Station!

• Community Focus: Bring your friends, your family, your running club, or your coworkers—this is more than just a race: it’s a community celebration to close out the year Active Texan-style.

As the sun sets, the Lake Walk Pavilion will transform into a glowing holiday party complete with:

All participants will receive a finisher medal, and 5K/10K runners will also receive an official race t-shirt and sponsor swag.

• Awards: Top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers in both 5K and 10K divisions.

🌟 Important Tips

• Headlamps: Recommended for 10K runners, as portions of the course will be after dark.
• Course Lighting: The route is well-lit by streetlights for safety.
• Glow Fun: We’ll provide glow sticks and bracelets for all participants.
• Dress Festive: Costumes and holiday spirit are highly encouraged!
