Packet Pickup

• Location: Millican Reserve
• Times: 3-6 PM on 12/30, 7:30 AM on 12/31 and 1/1
• Race Day: Pickup near the finish as usual

Start Times

• 30k: 8:30 AM
• 15k: 8:45 AM
• 5k: 9:00 AM
• Kids: 10:00 AM (open as long as we are there)

Event Format

• Challenge: End the year or start off the new year right with us at Millican Reserve.
• Discount: A 15% Discount for your second event registration.

Course Information

• Kids Run: A short course of about 0.5 Miles: every kid will receive a medal.
• Lap Details: 30k will consist of 2 laps, 15k will be 1 lap.
• Aid Stations: 1 full aid station for 30k and 15k: 1 water station for 5k.
• Setup: Multiple tables at each aid station with consumables and trash cans.

Awards

• Categories: Overall and Age-group awards for top finishers.
• Age Groups: To be announced.

Event Inclusions

• Choice: Option of a hat or shirt (cutoff is Dec 27 at 1 PM).
• Trail Conditions: Trails in great shape, mainly single track with roots, rocks, and critters.
• What to Expect: A challenging race experience through the holidays.
