- Challenge: Run a 5K every hour on the hour for 5 straight hours.
- Time Limit: Runners have 59:59 to finish each 5K and be ready to start the next.
- Cut-off: If you miss the time cut, you are out.
- Participation: Race can be done individually or as a team.

- Entry: Team members enter individually at the per-person price listed.
- Team Creation: Can either create or join an existing team during their registration.
