• Date: Wednesday, July 30, 6:00-8:00 PM
• Location: Lawrence University Track next to Alexander Gymnasium, 1100 E South River Street, Appleton, WI
• Open to: All ages and abilities

• No Pressure: Join in on the fun, regardless of speed.

• Fee: No cost to participate: thanks to donations and volunteers.
• Registration: Register early for a limited edition event T.
• Family Friendly: Bring the kiddos and your neighbors too.

• Venue: Lawrence University Track next to Alexander Gymnasium.

• Seating: Bleacher seating is limited: lawn chairs are welcome.

📅 Schedule of Events

• 5:00 Onsite Registration Opens
• 6:00 Shot Put, Long Jump, High Jump Begin
• 6:00 1600 m (2 heats based on goal pace)
• 6:30 100 m (anticipating teens and adults)
• 6:45 50 m kid’s race (multiple heats)
• 7:00 400 m Open
• 7:15 4 X 100 (practice hand-off race for the 4 X 400)
• 7:30 4 X 400 (may be split into smaller pieces)
