👻 Race Overview

It's time for our Haunted Heroes 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

🕒 Check-in and Start Times

• Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
• Start: 7:30AM
• Half Marathon Cut Off: 10:45AM
• Early Start: Option to start early to finish by 10:45AM: please email abetterworldrunning@gmail.com

📍 Location

• Address: Griffith Park, 4800 Crystal Springs Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90027
• Map: There is a photo of the map on the website -- www.abetterworldrunning.com
• Parking: Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking.
• Restrooms: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.

🏅 Event Details and Amenities

• Results: All the participants will have their results posted with names and times.
• Photos: FREE pictures for everyone will be posted on our Facebook page after the event!
• Pacers and Crew: Welcome at any time.
• Facilities: There are numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.

🏃‍♂️ Race Distances and Routes

• 5k: Out and back route View Route
• 10k: 2 x 5k loops
• 15k: 3 x 5k loops
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop: View Route

🍼 Stroller and Time Limit

• Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed.
• Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon.
• Early Start: If more time is needed, please email abetterworldrunning@yahoo.com.
• Medal: ALL finishers get a medal.

📜 Final Notes

• Results Posting: All results will be posted after the event on our website, usually the evening of the event at www.abetterworldrunning.com.
• Free Photos: Photos will be posted on our Facebook page -- www.facebook.com/abetterworldrunning.
• Experience: We emphasize a more relaxed, fun, and personal racing experience!
• Policies: NO REFUNDS NO BANDITS
