Summer Sweat 5k

The West Florida Y Runner's Club announces the Inaugural Summer Sweat 5k at Wall Springs Park in Palm Harbor, Florida.

📆 Event Details

• Date: July 12, 2025
• Time: 8am
• Location: 3725 Desoto Blvd, Palm Harbor, FL
• Course: Mostly blacktop trail with some hard sand sections

🎉 Additional Events

This event will continue with a Fourth of July theme.

There will also be a 1 Mile Fun Run that will begin at 9am.

💲 Discounts

West Florida Y Runner’s Club members receive a $5 discount.

👕 T-Shirt Information

Check out our awesome T-shirt logo below. All registrants will receive one. We can only guarantee shirts and sizes if you register before June 30th, so make sure to register early.

• Note: If you don't want to compete but still want the shirt, just register for the fun run and you will receive a shirt.
• Cutoff: The cutoff for guaranteed T-shirts will be June 30th.
• Pickup: Shirts will not be mailed if you cannot be at the event, so please make arrangements with a friend or family member to pick up for you.

🏆 Awards

Awards for the 5k will be:

• Top Male Overall and Top Female Overall.
• 3 deep in each of the below age categories, Male and Female:
• Categories: 13-under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

🥤 Post-Race Activities

We will have post refreshments and drinks as well as the Awards Ceremony at approximately 9:15am.
