United Community 48th Reedy River Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The United Community Reedy River Run 10K is one of the oldest road races in the south and will be celebrating its 48th running on April 18, 2026.

• Location: Starts on Greenville's famous Main Street.
• Route: Tour of downtown and beautiful Cleveland, Cancer Survivors and Falls Parks.
• Crossings: The 10K course crosses the namesake Reedy River six times.
• Finish: Both the 10K and 5K races will have a downhill finish on Falls Drive near the United Community headquarters.

🏆 Championship Status

The 10K race is the 2026 Road Runners Club of America South Carolina State Championship.

• Previous Titles: Previously hosted the 2017 and 2021 RRCA South Carolina State 10K Championship and the 2019 RRCA Southern Region 10K Championship.
• Participants: Limited to 1,500 for the 10K and 1,000 for the 5K.
• Start Waves: Staggered "wave" starts to manage flow and congestion after the start.
• Determination: Starting waves will be based on the participant's Estimated Finishing Time.

START Times for 10K:

• WAVE A: 7:15 am
• WAVE B: 7:16 am
• WAVE C: 7:17 am
• WAVE D: 7:18 am
• WAVE E: 7:19 am

Please enter your EFT during the registration process. The 10K will once again have commemorative Finishers medals and Age Group awards.

🏅 5K Details

The 5K is our less competitive run, but may also have starting waves to help spread out the field.

• Start Time for 5K: 8:00 am
• Finishers: The 5K will not have Finisher medals or Age Group awards.
• Packet Pickup: There will NOT be race day packet pickup due to the early start times.
• Proxy Pickup: You may have someone pick up your race packet for you (please provide your approval by text).
