5K Run/Walk Highlights

• Post-Run: Cool down with after-run yoga and stretching by KPower Yoga
• Medals: Awarded to the first 100 5K finishers by All Star Trophy and Awards
• Prizes: $100 Scheels gift card for first place overall for men’s and women’s
• Registration Fee: Race Day registration is $55

• Fun for Kids: Bounce houses and face painting will be available for children
• Food Vendors: Gary's Pizza and The Wandering Cow Ice Cream will be present
• Support a Cause: Event open to all, including non-participants
• Registration: Additional shirts and capes may be purchased separately

• Included Items: A shirt for 5K registration: a cape for 1K registration
• Size Guarantee: Shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations prior to midnight on September 3rd
