Event Details
- Races: 1K and 5K Run/Walk
- Timing: The 5K event will be timed by Pickle Events: the 1K is not timed.
- Theme: The 1K is superhero-themed and FREE, with a cape included in registration.
- Start Times: 1K at 10:00 am, 5K at 10:30 am
Pre-Event Activities
- Warm Up: KPower Yoga will lead warm-up stretching for 5K runners at 10:15 am.
- Cool Down: After the 5K, KPower will assist with cool down yoga and stretching.
- Food: Enjoy Gary's Pizza and The Wandering Cow Ice Cream.
- Family-Friendly: Activities include bounce houses and face painting for children.
Support and Registration
- Support: Non-participants are welcome to come and support the cause.
- Registration: Race Day registration available Friday and Saturday for $55.
- Medals: Awarded to the first 100 5K finishers, with awards provided by All Star Trophy and Awards.
- Prizes: First place overall for men's and women's categories each receive a $100 Scheels gift card.
Runner's Shirts and Packet Pickup
- Included: A shirt with 5K registration: a cape with 1K registration.
- Availability: Additional shirts and capes available for purchase. Sizes guaranteed for registrations prior to midnight on September 3rd.
- Distribution: Race day t-shirts given on a first come, first served basis.
- Packet Pickup: Friday, September 11th, 2026, from 3pm to 6pm at St. Cloud Toyota.
