• Location: Klinefelter Park, Saint Joseph, MN
• Events: 1K and 5K Run/Walk
• Timing: The 5K event will be timed by Pickle Events: the 1K will not be timed.

🎭 1K Fun: Superhero Theme

• Theme: Superhero
• Cost: FREE registration
• Included: A superhero cape provided by EL-Jay Plumbing & Heating
• Start Time: 10:00 am

🏃‍♀️ 5K Details: Get Ready to Run

• Start Time: 10:30 am
• Warm-up: KPower Yoga will lead warm-up stretching at 10:15 am
• Cool Down: After-run yoga and stretching offered by KPower
• Post-Event: Hang out and party at the park after cooling down

• Accessibility: Family friendly for all levels
• Purpose: Support a good cause, enjoy fresh air, and hope for nice weather
• Non-Participants: Feel free to come and support even if not running/walking
• Registration: Race Day registration available for $55 on Friday and Saturday

👕 Runner's Shirts: What You’ll Get

• Inclusions: A shirt with 5K registration: a cape with 1K registration
• Purchasing: Additional shirts and capes available for separate purchase
• Size Guarantee: Shirt sizes guaranteed for registrations before September 3rd
• Distribution: Race day t-shirts distributed on a “first come, first served” basis
