Run, Ride, Roll Past Paralysis 5K/ 1 mile

Event Overview

• Organization: Neuroworx is an outpatient rehabilitation clinic for persons who have suffered a spinal cord injury, brain injury, or other life altering neurological disorder/disease.
• Purpose: The Run, Ride, Roll event allows an inclusive space for our past and current patients as well as others in our community to work toward a goal and participate in an event in a wheelchair, adaptive bike, or walking/running.
• Funding: Funds raised by participation will go directly toward providing funds for our grant fund (Supporting Opportunities for Adaptive Recreation Grant) to provide adaptive equipment to those wishing to get back outside after a life altering injury/diagnosis.
• Date and Location: The event will take place on 2026-08-22 at Dr. O Roi Hardy Park, Riverton, UT.

Course Details

• 5K Event: The event will be a 5K with the course entirely on the Jordan River Trail.
• Course Format: The course will be a circle format and cross over two bridges.
• Course Direction: It will first head North on the East side of the trail and will cross over a bridge to come back South on the West side of the trail.
• 1 Mile Event: There will also be a 1 mile event offered for those who would like to participate but aren't ready for a full 5K. The 1 mile is an out-and-back format on the West side of the Jordan River Trail.
