• Super Sprint: 200 yard Swim, 5 mile Bike, and a 1.5 mile run
• Sprint Distance Triathlon: .25 mile swim, 10 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run
• Duathlon: 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run
• Aquabike: .25 swim, and a 10 mile bike, no run
