Run the Platte Half / 10K / 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us in Springfield Nebraska on Saturday October 4th for the 2nd Annual Run the Platte Half, 10K, & 5K.

📝 Registration

• Includes: professional timing, long-sleeved running shirt, custom finisher medal, overall finisher awards, and PUMPKIN PIE!
• Note: Shirts and sizes cannot be guaranteed for registrations after September 10.

⏰ Race Day Info

• Half Start Time: 8:00AM
• 5K Start Time: 8:15AM
• Start/Finish Location: MoPac trailhead parking lot on the corner of NE-50 & NE-31
• Arrival: Be at the starting line 10 minutes before your start time.

🏞️ Course

• Details: Both 10K & 5K courses are out and backs on the MoPac Trail. The Half Marathon course will follow the MoPac Trail and cross the Platte River and continue along dirt roads.
• Aid Stations: approximately every 2 miles and will include water, Gatorade, snacks & band-aids.
• Time Limit: 4 Hours (12:00pm cutoff)

• Pets: Strollers and Dogs are welcome on the course, please be mindful of other runners.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued.
• Weather Policy: Race will be held rain or shine. Race may be canceled/postponed if conditions present potential danger to participants.
