Event Overview
- Annual Event: This is our 10th annual event.
- Purpose: We raise awareness about human trafficking and combat it.
- Funding Contribution: Half of the funds will go to Jessica's House, the other half to Set Free Movement.
- Participation: This is a fun run, encouraging people of all fitness levels and ages.
Event Features
- Freedom Festival: The event includes pop-ups, food, raffle, kids area, and more.
- Route: A flat route through nice neighborhoods and alongside a canal.
- Goodies: Registered participants will receive a drawstring bag, t-shirt, and other items.
- Awards: Eligible for awards for the fastest male and female, as well as by age categories.
Registration Information
- T-shirt Guarantee: Shirts are guaranteed for everyone who registers by Sept 1.
- Early Bird Pricing: Ends on September 1.
Event Details and Schedule
- Bag Pickup: Begins at 8:00 AM on Sept 27 for 5K participants.
- Race Start: The run begins at 8:30 AM on the west side of the church.
- Parking: Available in the church parking lot and along the neighborhood streets.
- Route Details: The route covers E Tuolumne, Daubenberger, Canal, and Johnson Rd in Turlock.
Post-Race Amenities
- Refreshments: Free water and healthy snacks will be available near the finish line.
- Awards Ceremony: We encourage participants to stick around for the awards.
- Food Options: Food and drinks available for purchase after the run/walk.
