The Glory Run 5K

🏃‍♂️ Welcome to The Glory Run 5K

South Miami-Dade Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) welcomes you to participate in the annual Glory Run 5K! We are running to change lives in our city, and we invite you to join us in putting the heart and soul back into sports! This is a live, in-person event on a certified 5K course.

💖 Fundraising

When you donate to South Miami-Dade FCA, you allow us to engage, equip, and empower coaches and student-athletes. Glory Run proceeds will go towards scholarships for Coaches and student-athletes to attend conferences and sports camps.

• Support the Community: Each camper will have the chance to hone their athletic skills, build community, and hear messages of inspiration from guest speakers.
• Make an Impact: Your contribution will pay for camp shirts, sporting equipment, water bottles, lunch, leadership books, and scholarships so students can attend at no cost to them or their families.
• Opportunity: We want to give you the opportunity to positively impact your community.

🎁 Here's How You Can Help

1. Donate: Click the donate button and give any amount.
2. Become A Fundraiser: Take it further by choosing to "Become A Fundraiser." Create a fundraising page and earn cool badges and prizes. Raise at least $1000, and your race registration will be FREE!
3. Team Fundraiser: Choose to make a GREATER impact and create a "Team Fundraiser." Each Team Captain will receive an FCA gift pack, and every team that raises at least $2000 will go into a drawing for a grand prize!

🗓️ Event Schedule

• 6 am: Packet Pickup & Registration open
• 7:15 am: Registration closes
• 7:15 am: Warm Ups
• 7:30 am: Gun start
• 8:30 am (approx.): Awards presentation
• 9 am: Family Festival & Expo

📋 Packet Pickup & Registration

Packet Pickup will be on race day beginning at 6 a.m. On-site registration will be available online via a QR code, and no cash will be accepted. Please be sure to look for the QR codes in the check-in/registration area.

🏆 Awards

The top three (3) male and female finishers and the top three (3) in each age group. Male and female age groups are based on age on race day:

• 1 - 9
• 10 - 14
• 15 - 19
• 20 - 29
• 30 - 39
• 40 - 49
• 50 - 59
• 60 - 69
• 70 - 79*
• 80 & up*
• *: (new category)

All 1st place winners will also receive a prize pack, so make The Glory Run the 5K you get that PR!!!
