👨👩👧👦 Purpose of the Event
- Family Focus: "What makes a house feel like a home?” asks Jordan's Furniture President, Eliot Tatelman. “It’s family."
- Urgent Need: There are currently 1,150 children and teens in Massachusetts waiting for a family.
- Advocacy: Jordan's Furniture champions for children in state foster care through this event.
- Beneficiary: Proceeds support the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE) in recruiting adoptive parents.
🎉 Event Activities
- 5K Fun-Run: The event kicks off with a fun 5K run consisting of three loops around the course.
- Post-Event Festivities: After the walk/run, participants can enjoy family-friendly fun with various activities.
- Food and Games: There will be food, games, balloons, and more for everyone to enjoy!
- Impact: All funds raised help children and teens in foster care find adoptive homes!
