Event Overview

Get into the holiday spirit this year by joining us on Wednesday, Dec. 10th for the 7th Annual Under the Lights 5K Run/Walk in Downtown Conway, SC. Participants will run/walk through a light-guided course that includes a variety of magical light displays accompanied by many festive features sure to motivate you!

Costume Contest

Come dressed in your favorite holiday attire for fun photo opportunities! Costume contest awards are given to the top 3 best in costume.

Pet-Friendly Event

Don’t forget your four-legged friend this year! Our 1-mile fun walk guided by Santa encourages you to walk your dog through our Christmas Village at the Marina so they too can experience the magic of the season. Park rules do apply, please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.

Participant Perks

All participants of the 5K Run/Walk will receive a t-shirt and race packet plus a finisher medal. The 1-mile fun run/walk will receive a shirt and race packet. Shirt Sizes are Youth Large, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Please note: Available shirt sizes upon registration can vary in size due to manufacturing and production.

Late or same-day registration shirts (those who register after November 25th) are available only while supplies last.

Awards

Overall and Age Group awards will be presented following the 5K race along with Costume contest awards. This family-friendly event is a wonderful opportunity to experience a little fun & a whole lot of excitement during this season of cheer!

In the Event of Flooding the Course/ Routes will be adjusted accordingly.

• Registration Period: Aug 1-Sept 15: $30
• Registration Period: Sept 16-Nov 6: $35
• Registration Period: Nov 7-Nov 30: $45
• Registration Period: Dec 1- Dec 10: $50

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (not chip timed-no awards):

• Dogs allowed
• Registration Period: July 1 through July 31: $20
• Registration Period: Aug 1- Nov 29: $25
• Registration Period: Dec 1 - Dec 10: $30

5K Awards

5K Run/Walk (awards based on gun time): Overall Male/Female 1,2,3 place (gun-time) and Overall Masters Male/Female 1 place (gun-time).

5K Age Groups

Male/Female 1,2 place (gun time): 0-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-up.

Costume Contest

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be given in the costume contest.
