- Trail Conditions: Flat, paved trails with gentle elevation changes -- perfect to attempt a PR!
- 3 Mile Course: 100% Paved Trail.
- 5 Mile Course: 100% Paved - Includes a short section on Branch Rd. (public road with coned-off runner lane & grassy shoulder).
- 12.5K Course: Includes Branch Rd. and James Basset Dr. with a similar setup as the 5 Mile Course (95% Paved).
- Course Markings: The entire course will be well marked with signs, cones, and field paint—trip hazards identified.
