- Event Name: Swing Bridge Run

- Location: Downtown Beaufort, Beaufort, SC
- Course: A USATF certified 5k course through historic downtown Beaufort and across the Woods bridge.
Series Participation
- Race Series: This is the 2nd race of the Beaufort Triple Crown Race Series.
- Bundle Registration: Register for the 2025 Beaufort Triple Crown Bundle to support three local nonprofits.
- Awards: Participants who complete the series will be eligible for special awards for the best combined time.
- Spots: ONLY 125 SPOTS AVAILABLE! Register before the Oct. 1 cutoff!
Walking Participation
- Support: Don’t like to run? Support our event by registering as a walker.
- Timekeeping: Registered Walkers will not be timed and will turn around at the end of the bridge.
- T-Shirt: Registered Walkers will receive a t-shirt with registration.
- Pickup: T-shirts must be picked up at packet pickup but will not be issued a race bib.

- Registration Deadline: All online registration closes on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, at midnight.
- Packing: This is to allow time to print race bids etc.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
- Fri, Oct. 31: Race Packet Pick-up / Late Registration (10 AM - 5 PM) at Grounded Running.
- Registration Suggestion: Take advantage of this opportunity to do registration, race packet, hoodie and t-shirt pickup.
- Mobile Wellness: 11 AM - 1 PM Beaufort Memorial Hospital will have their Mobile Wellness Unit at Grounded Running.
- Race Day Pickup: Arrive with plenty of time as registration will close at 7:45 AM.
Race Day Information
- Date of Race: Saturday, Nov. 1: Packet Pick-up / Late Registration from 7:00-7:45 AM at the Start/Finish Line.
- Awards Ceremony: 8:45 AM following the race.
- Thank You: Thanks to Beaufort Memorial Hospital for providing a First Aid tent at the race.
- Ceremony Start: Race starts at 8:00 AM sharp for runners, followed by the all ages bridge walk.
T-Shirts and Merchandise
- Size Guarantee: To ensure the t-shirt size you desire, please register early.
- Hoodies: Available for purchase until October 17th.
- Pickup Requirement: All shirts and hoodies must be picked up at packet pickup or on race day.
- No Exceptions: Any items not picked up by the end of the race will be made available for re-sale. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO REFUNDS.
Additional Information
- Event Features: Dog friendly and stroller friendly - please fall in the back of the line behind the runners.
- No Bicycles: Please refrain from bringing bicycles to the event.
- Course Details: 5K Course starts at Freedom Mall, crosses Woods Memorial Bridge, and returns.
Race Day Awards
- Awards: Given to the top 3 overall male and female runners, as well as age group finishers.
- Open Participation: The race is open for runners and walkers of all abilities.
- Medals: Beaufort Triple Crown Race Series participants will receive a medal charm for completing each race.
- Final Medal: Upon completion of the final race, participants can clip all charms to a BTC medal.
