Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, April 3, 2027
• Location: Alston Road, Peak SC, Pomaria, SC
• Registration: Early registration recommended as the event sells out every year.
• Capacity: Limited to 300 runners for safety on the trail.

New Features in 2027

• Parking: New parking area available close to the finish line at Alston Trail Head.
• Shuttles: Shuttles will transport participants to the start line in Pomaria starting at 6:30am on race day.
• Convenience: This change aims to enhance the race day experience.
• Proceeds: All race proceeds benefit the Palmetto Trail.

Finish Line Celebration

• Location: Finish line at the Broad River Trestle at Alston Trail Head.
• Activities: Live music, professional photography, and a fresh off the grill breakfast.
• Complimentary Drink: Enjoy a free beer to celebrate your race.
• Experience: An epic finish line celebration awaits all participants.

Shirt Information

• Registration Deadline: Register by March 3, 2027, to guarantee a race shirt.
• Extras: Extra shirts will be ordered but availability after the deadline is not guaranteed.
• Pickup Requirement: Shirts not guaranteed if not picked up before the event.
• Shipping: No holding or shipping of shirts after the race.

Important Details

• Weather: Event will be held RAIN or SHINE.
• Dogs: Dogs are welcome but must be on leashes.
• Strollers: No strollers allowed on the course.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start: late arrivals will not be permitted on the course.
