Come join the Calvert Historical Foundation and help kick off MainStreet Preservation's Hunters Moon community weekend!

Participants receive free Event T-Shirt and swag bag ~

Date: October 18, 2025

🏅 Timed 5K

• Competitors: For the competitive student and adult runner.
• Awards: Cash award and Custom Medal awarded to top 3 Male and top 3 Female finishers.
• Medals: Custom Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male and Females from each of the five age groups.

🎨 Color Fun Run/Walk

• Experience: A more casual, scenic experience and fun for the whole family!
• Route: Features numerous Victorian homes from early Texas history inside the Calvert's 30-block Historic District, recognized on the National Register of Historic Places.

🔗 Combo Registration

• Discount: Sign-up for BOTH our 5K's at the same time and receive up to a 75% discount on the Color Fun Run.
• Participation: Start with the Timed 5K, turn in your bib then cool down while enjoying the Color Run/Walk course.

👥 18U Teams

• Participants: 5 participants (male/female/co-ed) per team.
• Competition: Compete in the TIMED 5K for TOP TEAM! The best four times per team recorded determine teams placement results.
• Awards: Winning team members each receive a Custom Medal. Must have 4 team members present on race day to qualify for medals.
• Registration: Sign your team up for the Combo for only $5 more per team member. One event shirt/swag bag per participant.

👶 Kids Run

• Event: Competitive and FUN 1/4 mile event for kids ages 10 and under.
• Awards: Medals to top 5 boys and top 5 girl runners.

😴 Sleep-In Option

• Support: Just want the shirt? No sweat!
• Registration: Show your support for our fundraiser from home. Registrant receives an event T-Shirt but is not assigned a bib or eligible for awards.
• Deadline: Must be registered before Oct 8th to be guaranteed a T-Shirt.
