• Event: HOPE's 15th Annual Sham Rock N' Run 5k
• Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026
• Start Time: 8:00 AM (Registration opens at 7:00 AM)
• Location: St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL

👕 Registration Perks

• First 700 Registrants: Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and custom race bib.
• T-shirt Sizes: Adult sizes only: availability not guaranteed after January 25th, 2026.
• Costume Contest: Dress up in your St. Patty's Day best: prizes for best costumes!
• Team Prize: Special prize for the largest team participating.

🎒 Race Bags & Donations

• Race Bags: All attendees will receive a race bag with event t-shirt and 5K swag.
• Food Pantry Support: Please return the race bag with non-perishable food items for families in need.
• Children: Strollers are welcome to attend for free: must start at the back of the pack.
• Parking: Available on site at no charge.

⚠️ Safety Guidelines

• Prohibited: No skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals on the racecourse.
• Stroller Policy: All strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack.
• Participant Safety: Ensure all equipment complies with race regulations.
• Awareness: Follow all safety announcements and guidelines during the event.

🏆 Awards & Giveaways

• Awards: Given to top 3 male and female runners in specified age categories.
• Age Categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
• All Proceeds: Benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., aimed at reducing homelessness in Central Florida.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Location: Beers and Gordon, P.A., 313 S Central Ave, Oviedo, FL 32765
• Dates: Thursday, March 12th, 2026, 8 AM - 6 PM: Saturday, March 14th, 2026, 7 AM at St. Luke's.
• Missed the Race: Shirts and medals will be available for pick up at HOPE Helps, 812 Eyrie Drive, Oviedo, FL 32765 from March 16th through March 20th, 2026.
• Shipping Option: Can be mailed for an additional $5 postage fee: email events@hopehelps.org for details.
