Race Overview
The Port City Run has been a fixture in Frankfort since 1979, making a notable return in 2025 with a new autumn schedule. This year's run/walk coincides with the Frankfort Fall Festival and Craft Fair, celebrating a vibrant day filled with fitness, crafts, and community spirit in downtown Frankfort.
Awards
- Categories: Awards in the 5K race will go to the top overall, master and grand master male & female runners.
- Age Groups: Awards will also be given to the top place in 14 age-group divisions including 0-14, 15-20, 21-25, 26-30.
- Continuing Age Groups: The age groups continue with 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50.
- Final Age Groups: Further divisions include 51-55, 56-60, 61-65, 66-70, and 70+.
Packet Pickup Information
- Pre-Race Pickup: Pre-race day packet pick up will take place at StormCloud Brewing on Friday, October 10 from 4PM until 7PM. StormCloud will be providing $2 off coupons to registered participants.
- Race Day Pickup: Race Day packet pick up will take place in Open Space Park one hour prior to race time.
- Check In: Look for the "CHECK IN" wind waiver at the race day pickup location.
Support and Community
Funds raised from the event will help support the Frankfort-Elberta Area Varsity Cross Country and Track programs. Go Panthers!!
