Chilmark Road Race 5K

🕘 Registration Details

• Opening Time: Registration opens at 8:00am July 1st.
• Closing Time: Registration will close at 10pm, Thursday, August 7th, (subject to limit of 1,600 runners).
• Registration Includes: Sign up for the race, pick race shirt size, purchase additional race gear, and make optional donations to the Chilmark Community Center.
• Pick-Up: All pre-ordered merchandise will be available for pick up at the Center. NO SHIPPING!!!

🛍️ Race Store Information

• Closing Time: Store closes at 8:00pm, August 4th.
• Shopping Period: Open from 8am on July 1st to 8pm on August 4th.
• Pick-Up Requirement: All items must be picked up at the Center at check-in. NO SHIPPING!!!
• Proxy Pick-Up: Have a friend pick-up if you can't get to check-in.

💵 Fees

• Entry Fee: $35 for ages 12 and older, $25 for ages 11 and under.
• Package Includes: Race t-shirt and personalized bib (for entries prior to July 20).

🕔 Check-In Times

• Friday: Check-in will be 5:00-7:00pm on August 8.
• Saturday: Check-in will be 8:30-9:30am on August 9.

🏆 Awards Information

• Categories: Prizes awarded by age groups: 8 years and under, 9-11, 12-16, 17-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90 and over.

🚌 Transportation Details

• Bus Service: A bus will provide transport from Vineyard Haven to Chilmark for runners taking the 8:15 am ferry from Woods Hole.

📜 Miscellaneous Information

• Proceeds: Net proceeds benefit the Chilmark Community Center.
• Refund Policy: No refunds, exchanges, or transfers without express permission from the race director.
