5K and Fun Run for Jabberwocky

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, August 16th
• Location: The Farm Institute, Edgartown, MA
• Welcome: All are welcome — serious runners, first-time runners, walkers, and families with children!
• Purpose: This fun-filled community event benefits Camp Jabberwocky—one of the oldest sleepaway camps for kids and adults with disabilities, located right here on Martha's Vineyard.

🎯 Course Info

• Parking: Limited parking is available so please carpool, bike, walk, etc. and arrive early if possible!
• Family Friendly: Bring the whole family. But, because the venue is a farm, please... no dogs.
• Weather: The race is "rain or shine".
• Route: The race starts and ends at the Farm Institute in Katama and continues along Edgartown Bay Road, past South Beach and back along the bike path to the finish line. The course is well marked with directional and mile markers.

🎟️ Bib Pickup and Registration Info

• Online Signups: Available until Thursday, August 14th at 5 PM. No Friday bib pickup.
• Day-of Registrations: (5k + $5) and bib pickup are available onsite at the Farm Institute from 7:30 to 8:30 AM.
• Kids Fun Run: Begins at 9:00 AM.
• 5K Start: The 5K starts at 9:15 AM.
