🎉 Welcome to Walk Run or Roll 5K: 80s Throwback Edition!
Join us for our 2nd Annual Walk, Run or Roll 5k on the beautiful campus of LMU - now with an awesome 80s twist!
This 5k continues to help us provide much needed food relief to families in our community!
🏁 Course Details
- Start Point: The race will begin at LMU park, starting on Morris Lane.
- Route: Participants will proceed to Hamilton Way and make their way along the beautiful campus of LMU.
- Halfway Point: Once at the halfway point participants will turn and make their way back along Hamilton.
- Finish Line: Participants will return to Morris and back to the start/finish line!
👟 80s Spirit
- Costume Contest: Break out your neon, leg warmers, and big hair!
- Prizes: Awards for the top three most tubular looks!
🎁 Giveaways
- T-shirt: All participants will receive a custom 80s-themed Event T-shirt with their registration.
- Cut-off Date: Sign up before the Cut off date of September 1st to guarantee your size!
- Medals: All runners in 5K & Kids 1 mile Run will receive a participation medal.
🏆 Awards
- Top Runners: Top 3 Male and Female 5K runners overall will be recognized.
- Age Category Winners: Awards for age category winners and group awards!
- New Award: Best 80s-inspired running outfit!
🚻 Restrooms
Will be available next to the splash pad beside the picnic area.
💧 Water Stops
Aid/ Water stations will be available along the race course and at the halfway point.
🚗 Parking
Parking will take place next to the LMU tennis complex and at various spots around the park.
